We are now inviting feedback on the emerging proposals for Land at Kemps Farm as part of this public consultation. This is an important opportunity for the community to help shape the planning application before it is submitted to Thurrock Council in the Autumn.

Your feedback can influence how priorities are balanced, how spaces are designed, and how local connections and amenities are delivered. We are particularly interested in hearing from South Ockendon residents and those who live, work, or use services in the local area.

All responses will be reviewed by the project team, and a summary of the feedback will be published as part of the Statement of Community Engagement submitted with the planning application. We are committed to providing a clear response to the issues and suggestions raised, and to demonstrating how public input has been taken into account.

The information you provide will be used only for the purposes of keeping you informed about this project and for understanding public opinion on the project. It will be stored securely until completion of the project, after which this information will be deleted. Your information will only be shared with third parties for the express purpose of keeping you informed of the proposals, and with Parker Strategic Land and/or the relevant local authority where there is a legal obligation to do so.
