Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their views on the emerging proposals for Land at Kemps Farm. The consultation closed on Wednesday 17 September 2025.

We are grateful for the many emails, feedback submissions and phone calls we received, and for the turnout at our public exhibition on Thursday 11 September 2025.

The project team will now carefully review all feedback and prepare a Statement of Community Engagement. This document will summarise the issues and suggestions raised and explain how public input has been taken into account. It will accompany the planning application when it is submitted to Thurrock Council later this year.
